Multi-Level Communication helps you speak from your heart, navigate tough conversations,
and develop wider capacity for compassion and integrity as you communicate.
Conversations in social activism, personal growth.
When you train in MLC you'll learn different communication techniques, sentence stems,
and frameworks that will help you become a wiser parent, partner, facilitator, or world- member.
Learn to dig more deeply into someone else's world, and help them find their authentic truth.
Learn to turn disagreement into closer connection and care.
MLC is an essential pre-req for any we-space or group-mind exploration.
---------------------------
Multi-Level Communication was developed to help create safe spaces for meaningful, needed conversation.
The world is becoming more and more polarized. We are so identified with our opinions, we have forgotten how that conversation can be an experience of discovering new ideas, not just a platform to defend our norms.
Even when we have the best intentions, we are often create division and distance with those we love...
our family... our communities... our colleagues...
MLC helps us honor our sameness and difference,
and gives us tools to help navigate those territories.

Bio-Emotive Circling
Bio-Emotive Circling is the "level 2" of MLC.
"Circling" is an art of creating safe spaces for meaningful and needed conversations.
It's a of weaving together of multi-level communication, meditative awareness, and even intuition.
It's a dedicated, group conversation, for depth.
Why would someone circle?
You want to support, or be supported through a challenge
"Can you circle me on my fear of commitment?"
You want to get insight into a problem or a topic
"Let's do a circle on the possible relationships in human development and activism."
You want to be a better friend, family member, person
"After circling, I can myself differently. I want to change how I speak with you."
You want to experience connection and friendship
"It's been two days and I'm still feeling so heart-open and inspired."
What Happens in a Bio-Emotive Circle?
You can run circles in different ways, but in the end, the a circle usually looks something like this:
People settle into the group, online or in person, and do a personal check-in and get comfortable. Choose what the theme or focus is. You then move into the silence, and have a discussion using the five practices to help you go deeper into the nuances of the conversation. Practice your MLC skills, to help the conversation to deeper. Continue the conversation until the time is up. Share and discuss the insights you've had.
You can have a circle with or without an official facilitator.
The five practices are:
| Slow Down and notice | I-Statement Aikido | Honor Life-force | Allow Silence | Let the circle "Circle" you |
Going Deeper
Ready to dive into powerful conversations with people, who have fascinating and deep perspectives?
Want to get insights into your biggest blocks and moments of self-sabotage?
What if you could heal? See yourself through others eyes and use those insights to catalyze
your next-steps in self-actualization?
Become a circler through developing your skillsets of Multi-Level Communication.
